Whether it is for a vacant or rental unit, our responsibility is to give you ease of mind from the maintenance and management of your Properties. As building inspectors, we will also provide you with a detailed list of any work that needs to be done, on a priority basis. Here is a list of our services

Empty Buildings

  • Building Inspection
  • First visit report with pictures
  • Lock changes
  • Secure all openings
  • Heating inspection
  • Closing and draining of the water line
  • Utility transfers (ex. Hydro-Québec, Gaz Métro, taxes, etc.)
  • Cleanup of building(s)
  • Cleanup of property
  • Secure all pool access (If applicable)
  • Grass maintenance
  • Snow removal
  • Weekly supervision visits
  • Advise owner of any problems or issues

Occupied Buildings

  • Building inspection
  • First visit report with pictures
  • Weekly supervision visits

 

Rental units

  • Building inspection
  • Rent collection
  • Rental of empty units
  • Lease renewals
  • Opening of cases with the rental board for non-payment, with Landlord

 Depending on the season, we will take charge of the following :

  • Winterize the premises
  • Pool closing
  • Inspection of heating systems
  • Quotes for snow removal

 

Our billing is on a monthly basis, with written reports of revenues and expenses for each property under management.
